1.imbed(embed)

Breaking deeply imbeded habitual tendencies such as procrastination, impatience, criticalness, or selfisheness that violate basic principles of human effectiveness involves more than a little willpower and a few minor changes in our lives.

Thoughts

Habits defined: knowledge, desire,skill

Our character, basically, is a composite of our habits. "Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a charater; sow a character, reap a destiny."

首先要靠知识(knowledge)认识到自己需要改变:what to do. 最后要去实践起来(skill):How to do.

No one can persuade another to change. Each of us guards a gate of change that can only be opened form the inside

Effectiveness & P/PC Balance

The P/PC balance is the very essence of effectiveness.

P是what is produced也就是想要的结果是什么,PC是producing capacity生产力

No step can be skipped.
