1.英译汉
The United States ranks first in taking anti-dumping cases against other countries, and is followed by Canada, India and the European Union. China is one of the main target countries of anti-dumping actions.
Anti-dumping investigations often end in an increase in duties, with the aim of raising exporters’ sales costs to protect the competitiveness of domestic goods. Most countries allege legal validity in their anti-dumping actions. The ultimate purpose, however, is to protect domestic producers that are less competitive.
对其他国家采取反倾销立案居于首位的要属美国，其后依次是，加拿大，印度和欧盟。中国成为被反倾销的主要对象之一。反倾销最终都会增加职责权限，其主要目的是提高出口国出口产品的销售价格，以此来保护国内产品的竞争力。很多国家对外宣称反倾销行为的合法合理性。其实其最终目的都是为了保护国内处于竞争劣势的生产商。

At the beginning of the tournament, Uzbekistan was in the lead because of AiBeh Medoff luckily scored one goal. However, they could not even the latter count when China team scored two goals, they will need to play with Saudi Arabia at the last Group tournament on Sunday in Melbourne.
As the winner of group B, China will play with the second of group A which might be Australia or Korea. And the second of group B will play with the winner of group A.
Saudi Arabia was beat by China 1-0 on last weekend, but they stunned Korea team earlier today to get one chance to continue this game, thus, Korea team was eliminated.

The Saudis, beaten 1-0 by China at the weekend, stayed in the hunt earlier in the day with a 4-1 win over North Korea, who were eliminated.

Uzbekistan had led early when Odil Ahmedov seized an opportunity to send the ball home, but the team were unable to answer China’s two-goal outburst and now must face the Saudis in Melbourne to determine the Group B runner up.
Winners of Group B, China will play the team that finished second in Group A (either Australia or South Korea) while the Group A winner will play the second place finisher from Group B.
Though the Saudis lost to China 1-0 on the weekend, they kept their hopes alive by thrashing North Korea 4-1, also on the weekend.
