For some people, they may say that personal relationship should not exist in the office  but for me, this is not my description of “office affection”,  it's about what kind of person I like to work with. No matter if you work in a small office or in a busy one, you'd probably hear someone say that we have a new person that is so smart and effective or did someone ever ask you what kind of person you want to work with? Of course, anyone would want to spend their time with the best person because they can help you deal with difficult tasks, it would be simpler and easier if you work with someone who are really good in what they do and that will make you even more effective and happier.Although all of us want to work with this kind of person, in reality, it's not always what we meet. Sometimes, it's even the opposite but if you're in luck and you met this kind of person then try to get along with them and pay more attention to them. Once in our lives, we've been the new employee and as we all know, it's not really easy. If there is a good person that can help you and can provide you with the detailed information instead of someone shouting at you then it would make your first months of stay in the office bearable.  Lucky for me, I met the former and I try my best to learn from him but also I learn in my own ways. Sometimes, there are a few people who will tease you and they may say, oh, you're doing everything wrong. Don't let them discourage you. I feel so happy not only because someone protects me but he also knows how difficult it is to be the newbie and all I need to do is to follow him and appreciate what he’s doing for me. This for me is office affection. How about you? What's your opinion on this question?
