They throw their shadows before them who carry their lantern on their back.

愚昧远行人，明灯身后悬。

灯明作何用？暗影投身前。

That I exist is a perpetual surprise which is life.

我生故我在，我在故惊喜。此中有真意，恒久不能已。

We，the rustling leaves，have a voice that answers the storms，but who are you so silent？I am a mere flower.

风雨潇潇至，穿林打叶行。沙沙瑟瑟响，似作应答鸣。

唯有默然处，孤芳静静听。莫道甚凄美，无声胜有声。
