Trust is a big word to me and a very important and special word to me...

Today, I attend a training about trust in the company high leadership session. And the course talks the importance of trust, which impressed me very much.

How to manage a good relationship? Trust plays a big role.

There are 5 wave of trust: credibility, relationship, alignment, reputation and contrubution.

For the relationship, trust is an account in people's life. If you make a promise, you save money in an account, if you break a promise, you withdrawl cash from the account. If you withdrawl too much, when you use all of the money. You need to close the bank account one day.

We call it trust account.
