表明你的spring配置文件中的mybatis的url写错。
解决方案如下：
当mysql版本为8及以上，mybatis参数就发生了变化。
Driver的参数 由 原来的 com.mysql.jdbc.Driver(mysql8以下的版本) 变为com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver；
url由原来的jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/本地mysql库名 变为 现在的jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/本地mysql库名?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&userSSL=false&serverTimezone=GMT%2B8
