注意区分listen和heard的使用:
I listened but heard nothing .我听了但是什么也没听到。listen表示听的动作，listen to me.不及物动词。heard表示听到了，及物动词，后面可以直接跟宾语。
I went home at 3:00 am yesterday. went是go的过去式，go的过去分词是gone,完成时态要用过去分词，have gone已经走了。如果句子里明确说明了时刻，就用过去式而不要用过去完成时态。
I spent all my time at work yesterday.
I often spend most of my time at work.
I just arrived at factory. I have arrived at factory.
arrive in到达城市等大的地方，arrive at到达小的地点。到达就是到达了，一般只用过去式或完成时态，不会用进行时态。
I usually wake up between six and seven.我通常六点到七点之间醒来。

一般现在时，动词原形或遇到主语是第三人称单数时动词加s或es。有表示频度的副词如often,sometimes,usually,seldom,never做时间状语时用一般现在时。
现在进行时，表示正在进行的事情，持续的动作，动词是be doing形式，一般会有时间状语now。be的形式有is,are。is用于主语是第三人称单数。arrive,go home这些动作不用进行时态，到就是到了，回就是回了，只有现在时和完成时态表示已经到了，已经回了。
