里昂商学院亚洲校区-国际战略,布局亚洲
法国里昂商学院于1872年成立,是欧洲最老牌商学院之一,也是全球企业家精神和领导力发展领域的先驱。里昂商学院是世界上第一批同时获得EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA三大国际认证的商学院之一,2017年商学院综合排名全法第二(法国《观点》杂志)。
自1997年进入中国至今,里昂商学院亚洲校区致力于服务亚洲地区的个人和企业,为现在和未来的企业家及商界领袖提供学习和培训机会。
目前,里昂商学院在亚洲地区已与32所各级院校开展合作,包括:浙江大学、上海交通大学、长江商学院、香港城市大学等。
与华东师范大学合作办学亚欧商学院(AEBS),设立本科、硕士课程项目,旨在提供高质量的国际化的管理学教育,成为中欧交流的桥梁和企业合作的平台。
以实践为导向的企业咨询项目(In Company Consulting Project)吸引了每学年600多名里昂法国校区的学生来到亚洲校区,与中国高校的硕士学生共同上课和实践。
高层管理教育项目,目前拥有全球高级工商管理硕士(GEMBA)和全球工商管理博士(Global DBA)两大学位项目。非学位课程方面,全球体育产业领袖进阶EDP项目即将开设第三期,亚洲美业领袖成长营项目将于2018年开设第一期。

里昂商学院全球工商管理博士Global DBA是培养极具影响力的创业型高管与实践型学者的博士学位项目,其个性化的学习与研究路径帮助企业高管精英、创业家与学者型领袖拓展研究领域,开阔全球视野、提升战略格局,实现个人与公司组织的转型。
王华教授认为,法国里昂商学院和其他商学院DBA项目的不同在于:
首先,全球范围内能够同时提供PhD和DBA项目的商学院屈指可数。以强大的工商管理理论研究为导向支撑的师资队伍是里昂DBA的坚强后盾。
其次,里昂商学院为DBA学员提供全球网络支持,分布在全球三大洲的五大校区,在线上虚拟的全球化社区基础上,为学生提供了线下现代化的校园服务。
严格的研究准入标准是DBA项目的重要特征之一,商界人士与典型的学术研究人员从事研究的方式虽然不尽相同,但重要的是,他们都具备对于商业未知领域开展研究的动力。
在启动DBA项目申请程序时,申请人就需要思考,在未来长期学习过程中,可能需要深入开展研究的若干专题。同时,与导师的互动、个人的研究思考能力以及系统化的研究方法都非常关键。
王华教授谈到,如果把EMBA或MBA项目学习比喻成短跑冲刺,那DBA求学之路则更像一段马拉松长跑,时有孤独,时有挫折,然而每一步都在用心丈量,直到看见最美的风景。

Dr. Thierry Nadisic
Associate Professor at emlyon business school
Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at HEC Paris
His research is regularly presented at international conferences and in academic journals in management and organizational psychology. Thierry co-authored a book entitled “Social justice and the experience of emotion” in 2010 (Routledge Academic).
As a founding member of the research group OJBERG, Thierry co-organizes the biennale international conference on behavioral ethics and organizational justice (Paris in 2017).
He was awarded the 2009 dissertation of the year prize from the HEC foundation, and in 2016, he has received the “Best Research paper” prize awarded by the A.G.R.H (French Speaking Academy of Research in Management and Human Resources).
Mrs. Caroline Zhou
CEO of IECL China (Institute of Executive Coaching)

Caroline Zhou has been leading IECL China since 2012 and she has been successful in building IECL China from scratch to the premium provider in coaching and leadership solutions in China.
Caroline has brought 20 years of working experience in the field of marketing, management consulting in M&A, human capital consultancy as well as business school management.
Caroline’s management experience includes the position of China Director for a London headquartered multinational company with global presence. She has also held a senior management position with the leading business education institution.
She is Professional Certified Coach by ICF, and a MCC candidate. Prior to the DBA study, she holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and MA from Shanghai International Studies University. Her current DBA thesis focuses on "The Effectiveness of Coaching Expatriates and Returnees in Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in China”.
