前言
本文基于Android 10版本源码,从Activity启动方法startActivity为切入口分析整个流程。本文只涉及framework代码。
涉及到的类介绍
Instrumentation
负责调用Activity和Application生命周期。
ActivityTaskManagerService
负责Activity管理和调度等工作。
android10中新增的
ActivityManagerService
负责管理四大组件和进程,包括生命周期和状态切换。
ActivityTaskManagerInternal
ActivityTaskManagerService对外提供的一个抽象类,真正的实现在ActivityTaskManagerService#LocalService
ActivityThread
管理应用程序进程中主线程的执行
ActivityStackSupervisor
负责所有Activity栈的管理
TransactionExecutor
主要作用是执行ClientTransaction
ClientLifecycleManager
生命周期的管理调用

通过startActivity来启动Activity最终都会调用startActivityForResult来启动,如果是第一次启动,mParent会null,会直接调用Instrumentation#execStartActivity,否则会调用Activity#startActivityFromChild,最终也是调用Instrumentation#execStartActivity来启动。

最终会调用ActivityTaskManager#getService得到IActivityTaskManager,这里是一个IPC的调用,IActivityTaskManager的服务端是ActivityTaskManagerService,所以ActivityTaskManager.getService().startActivity最终调用的是IActivityTaskManager的服务端是ActivityTaskManagerService#startActivity

Activity的启动流程很复杂,这里只梳理了大概的流程,还有很多细节需要自己看代码研究。我这里只起到的抛砖引玉的作用。源码涉及的很多,我们跟踪流程的时候不要太局限与细节,否则你会陷入死循环中,我们可以先掌握大概的流程,再返回去看细节。
