把

use if $^O ne "VMS", 'File::Glob' => qw/glob/;

改成

use if $^O ne "VMS", 'File::Glob' => qw/:glob/;

就解决了

gmssl: symbol lookup error: gmssl: undefined symbol: BIO_debug_callback, version OPENSSL_1_1_0d

安装好后运行gmssl会出错

运行命令

ldconfig

解决 但是运行openssl也会默认进入gmssl 暂时无解
