index2 = np.unravel_index(list1[0],nda1.shape)
index3 = np.unravel_index(list1[1]+3,nda1.shape)
index4 = np.unravel_index(list1[2]+6,nda1.shape)

# index2,index3,index4 is the actual tuple (x,y) position in ndarray

#np.unravel_index is going to convert a INT (single value) to a tuple; +3, +6 is to adjust to the 'real position' in ndarray
