Revit—部分枚举中文名称获取LabelUtils

        在二次开发过程中，可能会遇到取BuiltInCategory,BuiltInParameter等枚举的汉化中文显示的需求。
Revit API提供了一个工具，LabelUtils。该工具能对一些常用的的内置枚举可以获取指定的语言显示。
