pyinstaller打包时遇到PyInstaller cannot check for assembly dependencies. Please install PyWin32 or pywin3

由于使用pyinstaller出现报错：
PyInstaller cannot check for assembly dependencies.
Please install PyWin32 or pywin32-ctypes.

然而以上依赖包我都装了，还是不行

解决办法：python3.8版本与pyinstaller4.1不兼容，使用python3.7.9版本来运行pyinstaller，问题得以解决

（直到2021.1.10，pyinstaller4.1还是不兼容python3.8）

以下是具体过程的记录：

在Python安装路径下的 Lib\site-packages\PyInstaller下找到compat.py
约在249行处，修改两行import内容：
修改成如下所示：
if is_win:
    try:
        import pywintypes
        import win32api

以上方法只解决了一部分问题

主要是python兼容性引起的，考虑conda创建一个3.7的python版本
然后使用该版本，通过pip安装pyinstaller（通过conda安装应该也可以，但还没试过）

We strongly recommend using the --no-deps option in the pip install command.
conda官方强力推荐使用 pip install 时使用 --no-deps

此时的pyinstaller使用了python3.7，可以正常使用，问题解决
