Stay up late

One of the worst habit I've developed in college is staying up late and getting up late. After I entering BFSU it's getting worse and worse because of the assignment and paper, which is bad for my health, but it seems that I can't control myself in sleeping. Even if I feel tired I still lie on bed and play my cellphone, refresh wechat moments, weibo or watch an video or an episode of some TV series, nothing important but I just can't get rid of it. Today I read an article about the bad results of staying up late that many people die at an very young age, it shocked me a lot. I believed that even though many young people know that staying up late is harmful they still don't care much. I want to change my procrastination into getting things done immediately. For instance, if I want to do my exercise I will do it at seven and by the time of eight I should go to shower and do my laundry then I still have two hours left for myself to study or sum up my day rather than starting at nine and end up at eleven or twelve and feel good about myself by treating myself another hour's playing time. As for morning, I decide to get up at a fixed time, I plan to get up at eight these days but I often fail and feel tired for shopping and communication outside with people. This winter holiday I plan to meet fewer people and focus on my exercise and learning. Holidays are the best time of self-adjustments and progress but I've wasted them too much on sleeping and eating. This time I want something different.
