2. 为什么选这个词？
“sentiment”可以是可数名词也可以是不可数名词，意思是“情绪、观点”。一般来说，如果 sentiment 前面的修饰词是 popular 或 public，那么它就是不可数名词，表示大众意见。其他语境下，sentiment 多作为可数名词使用。这个词的用法比较正式，可以替换 feeling, opinion 和 view，因此是英文辩论、演讲和议论文写作的必备单词。下面通过几个例句来掌握它。
绝大部分的民众支持经济改革，我们一般会说：
