PHP通过HTTP_USER_AGENT判断是否为手机移动终端的函数

经常我们需要做一些判断是否是手机访问的时候，然后进行自动跳转操作，这是从一个PHP框架分离出来的一段判断是否为手机移动终端的函数，分享下
