Mac OS 遇到 OMP: Error #15: Initializing libiomp5.dylib, but found libiomp5.dylib already initialized.

最近在做图像对抗用到foolbox, tensorflow, keras 等机器学习模块。
在jupyter notebook中运行的时候一运行服务器就挂掉重启。没有任何错误提示。

果断放弃notebook改在终端上运行。
提示如下错误：

OMP: Error #15: Initializing libiomp5.dylib, but found libiomp5.dylib already initialized.

大概意思就是初始化libiomp5.dylib时发现已经初始化过了。
经过Google发现这似乎是一个Mac OS 才存在的特殊问题。

解决方法 （允许副本存在）：
