When you have mental clarity, you have an objective view of your own thoughts and actions. You are fully aware of the world around you, and you make conscious decisions as opposed to reacting to events.

Unfortunately, most people live in constant inner chaos, clouded by stressors such as fear, anger, resentment, jealousy, or other negative emotions. Instead of allowing these emotions to control us, finding ways to give our mind clarity is important.
