I slept for 8 hours, why I still feel fatigue?

Solid sleep is very important to health. For during the evening, after 11 o’clock, the kidney begins to expels toxin within our body. If we do not sleep well enough, it will cause lots of harm in the long run.

So, what kind of behavior will influence your sleep?

1. Drinking. If you drink too much, the ethyl alcohol will induce gastric acid flow reversal,that will badly influence your sleep.

2. Play cell phones prior to your sleep. Research indicates that 3C products produces a kind of light that intercepts the brain’s function to produce a chemical which promotes solid sleep. So, the function to set the phone in night mode works.

3. Drink coffee in the evening. Caffeine is a kind of stimulant, besides, it induces urinate, you may get up many times to the bathroom.

4. Too much exercise prior to sleep. Exercise 2-3 hours prior to sleep will raise your body temperature that may prevent you sleep well.

5. Watch Tv in bed. The lights that Tv emits will instruct your nerve to keep alert, so it will really hard for you to felt asleep .

Finally, do not forget to go to sleep no later then 11 in the evening, for the kidney begins to expel toxin at that time.
