安装

在这下载编译后的bin包
https://sourceforge.net/projects/soapdenovo2/files/SOAPdenovo2/

试用

进入包 输入SOAPdenovo-63mer或SOAPdenovo-127mer即可

介绍

这是款老软件，似乎应该被弃用了，它的github上推荐使用MEGAHIT

使用

SOAPdenovo-63mer all -s example2.config -o result
这句代码就是根据example2.config这个配置文件来运行，配置文件的模版在https://github.com/aquaskyline/SOAPdenovo2里的下面。配置文件里填写参数信息和输入的文件等信息。
我用2g内存虚拟机运行发生内存不够用进程被killed的情况。内存调成4g依然内存不够。
