解决Original error was: DLL load failed while importing _multiarray_umath: 找不到指定的模块。

周末电脑关机后，再次运行深度学习模型后出现错误
Original error was: DLL load failed while importing _multiarray_umath

两个解决办法：
1、重新安装torch，但是这种办法太过于麻烦了

2、重新在电脑添加环境变量：

第一步：首先找到你的虚拟环境位置，我的是D:\tools\anaconda\envs\pytorch\Library\bin

第二步：找到conda配置环境变量的位置：
添加环境变量D:\tools\anaconda\envs\pytorch\Library\bin，到path路径下。
