APISIX 中ETCD 的问题

1. 问题1 ：

Error:  client: etcd cluster is unavailable or misconfigured; error #0: client: endpoint http://etcd:2379 exceeded header timeout

error #0: client: endpoint http://etcd:2379 exceeded header timeout

修改APISIX config 

 ETCD_ADVERTISE_CLIENT_URLS: "http://etcd:2379" --> ETCD_ADVERTISE_CLIENT_URLS: "http://0.0.0.0:2379"
