Act quickly

Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. ---John15:4

Through the redemption, the spirit of Jesus entered me. After that, I must be patiently shaped according to the will of God. God doesn’t make me think like Jesus. I must do it by myself, and I must take all my thoughts back to surrender in Christ. “Remain in me” includes in knowledge, in Money, in everything related the life, we are not living in a box, but In Christ.

Have I hindered God’s work? Think that some things will hinder my communication with God? which is a reckless attitude. It doesn’t matter how the circumstances are. What the most important matter is whether I live in the Lord, as I do in prayer. I don’t have to change by myself or adjust the environment. For the Lord, this inward dwelling is unaffected. Wherever he is, the Lord lives with him. He never chooses the circumstances, but meekly obeys whatever the father does for him. Imagine how leisurely the Lord’s life is! As for us, we put God at the point of tension, without the equanimity that is hidden with Christ in God.

Think of the things that prevent you from living with the Lord, “Yes, Lord, but wait, I will do this first; Yes, I will live with you when I have finished this; after this week, I will be free, and then I will live with you.” Act now! Live in the Lord now! In the beginning, continue to work hard until it becomes the law of life, so that you will live with him before you know it. So, wherever you are, resolve to live in Jesus.

Dear God, I come to you with the praise and gratitude, but still longing for a deeper, conscious appreciation of your goodness. Bless me today, that I may have a greater breadth of mind and power to praise you.
