我是一名华文教师,我教书的时间并不很长,所以一直在学习讲课的技巧。据说如果老师在课堂上提问,最好是先提问后点名。这样会让每一个人都积极思考,并随时准备回答老师的问题。如果先点名后提问,那些没有点到的学生就会走神。听课的效率会大大降低。

I'm a Chinese teacher and I haven't been teaching for very long, so I've been learning the skills of giving lectures. This will make everyone think positively and be ready to answer the question. otherwise, those students who miss the call will be distracted. The efficiency of listening will be greatly reduced.

不过在实践过程中,我发现,这不是绝对的。除此之外,也可以使用先点名后提问,我称之为定制式提问。

But in practice, I discovered that this is not absolute. In addition, you can also call name first before asking a question which I call custom-made questions.

我们是小班教学,课前我会依据每一个学生的兴趣和爱好给他们布置不同的预习任务,有时会要求某人朗诵,某人翻译句子,某人复述故事,某人绘制思维导图。每个人呢在课堂上都可以成为我的小助教,这样的课堂效果也很好,因为每一个孩子都是与众不同的,他们很期待在课堂上展示自己,所以你看,学以致用才能出真知。

I teach in small classes. There are no more than 6 students in the class. Before class, I will give different preview tasks to different students according to their interests and hobbies. Sometimes, I will ask someone to recite, someone to translate sentences, someone to retell stories, and someone to draw mind maps. Everybody can be my little teaching assistant in class, and it works well because everybody is different and they are looking forward to showing themselves in class.
