2 解析

2.1 DF7182和DF9182

Isolation and Recovery Procedures for Common Fibre Loop Error (SIM = DF6XXX, DF7XXX, DF8XXX, DF9XXX)

When a Fibre port error SIM for a drive (PDEV) is reported, this section provides the procedures for judging whether the error is caused by the pertinent drive error or common Fibre Loop error,（如果多块盘都报光纤链路问题，则有可能是普遍性的Fibre Loop问题，则先解决其他问题即可）

and how to recover the error.

As a Fibre port error SIM managed in each PDEV, a Fibre temporary error (REF code = DF6XXX,

DF7XXX) is reported when a warning is issued, and Fibre blocking (REF code = DF8XXX,

DF9XXX) is reported when the equipment is blocked (XXX: Refer to Fig. 5.2-1).

Possible causes for the malfunction are:

(1) Failure of drive specified in FPC

(2) Defects in Fibre Chip for DKF

(3) Defects in Fibre Loop (cable, FSW(Fibre switch))

(4) Other drive failure

(5) HDU Box platter failure

2.2 结论：

应先更换硬盘；和书上解决方法一致；有流程图参考：

 

2.3 注意点

因本硬盘本身还没有亮红灯，还在raid组内，要考虑数据备份问题

3 实际情况

3.1 在failed disk时提示应先完成拷贝

 

3.2 点选Spare Disk后要求确认

 

3.3 拷贝到热备盘完成后，该数据盘亮红灯；

 

3.4 有下列事件

3.4.1 拷贝到热备盘开始

 

3.4.2 Drive blocked

 

3.4.3 拷贝完成

 

4 处理过程

4.1 先拷贝到热备盘

4.2 确定好位置，Replace走流程

注意：点击不要太快，要注意英文提示，提示部件号要一致，下一屏：不同位置可能也有亮灯处还有“更换完毕之后再点OK”，此时更换硬盘

4.3 物理更换

4.3.1 换上部件

 

 

4.3.2 换下

 

4.4 热备盘数据copy back

注意：此处要选对——要选yes

 

不到1小时，灯不再快闪，点击being copy back——OK

再次查看状态和SIM日志

4.5 Complete相关日志

注意：不要漏做；

4.6 从Modify模式改回view模式
