narrator, on-screen keyboard, magnifier

有位同事电脑每次开机进入系统后narrator, magnifier, on-screen keyboard三个程序自动运行，需要每次手动关闭一下，搞得很烦。

这个问题是由于easy to access 选项的一些设置引起的，找到了问题原因，解决起来就容易了。

首先进入control panel-->easy to access控制界面，（或者直接按shortcut key win+U）

调出如下界面：

 

click the option marked as brightlight, then prompt the bellow box:

clear the tag box. then it will not appear when log on the operating system.
