Creo 2, solution for no content show

after installation Creo 2, the first run if there is no any content shows on the view panel, please follow up below solution to address it:

1, no content show on the right windows without any warning message,
   open config.pro and add graphics=win32_gdi

2, PTC error when starting creo 2,
   file , option, configuration Editor,add,.......
   (1)enable_sociallink=no, graphics=win32_gdi
   (2)unistall Creo platform 2.9
   (3)restart Creo Parametric,  and wait for the platform finish auto-run
   should be ok.
