首先dbcp依赖几个包
commons-collections
commons-pool
commons-dbcp

和mysql的驱动包：mysql-connector-java

将以上四个包拷贝到tomcat安装路径下的commons/lib/下面

然后在tomcat安装路径下的conf下找到context.xml
加入如下文本：
<Resource name="jdbc/test" auth="Container" type="javax.sql.DataSource"
               maxActive="100" maxIdle="30" maxWait="10000"
               username="root" password="******" driverClassName="com.mysql.jdbc.Driver"
               url="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test"/>

然后在自己的所建立的服务下的web.xml中加入：
  <resource-ref>
      <description>DB Connection</description>
      <res-ref-name>jdbc/test</res-ref-name>
      <res-type>javax.sql.DataSource</res-type>
      <res-auth>Container</res-auth>
  </resource-ref>
