用谷歌搜索技术文章时打不开网页的的一个python脚本

发现用谷歌在搜索技术文章时，有时候会时不时的打不开网页，我写了一个脚本，感觉还好用，分享一下。

注意：Win7或者WIn8用户要用管理员权限执行。
