ns3与最新版本pygccxml编译问题

OS： CentOS6.5

目的：使用最新版本的pygccxml来参与编译ns-3

方法：

由于pygccxml最新版本的命令方法不再是1.x.y,而是v1.x.y,所以ns-3的wscript脚本(waf用python）出现失误。

需要为其增加补丁，或者直接修改代码
