C# /.NET压缩解压文件夹及文件夹里面的子文件、文件夹

最近做一个项目需要压缩,解压文件夹及文件夹里面的子文件夹、文件,在网上找了许多资料,有两种实例:
实例一:

这里有个问题,实例二中的解压文件的时候,如果解压到的路径中存在解压文件中的文件,解压的时候不会覆盖,这点值得注意。
另外压缩解压文件要用到ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll这个dll,网上可以搜到下载地址。
