Is effort valuable?

Have you ever suffered from your leader on account of your bad produce?As for me,I will be depressed if others ignore even deny my effort.Unfortunately,contrasting with grades,effort of an staff will accept less and less social concern.

Why cannot the public take care of one’s effort?I will talk about this problem from two main sections.On one hand,with the violent competition in the society,an increasing number of companies merely care about the performance of their employees.In spite of the time and energy they spent,their leaders can fire them directly once they did failure in some important projects.On the other hand,due to spread of the mammonism,more and more people have been seeking for any cheat to attain more benefit.By contrast,hard-working cannot accept attention to public any more.What a terrible disaster of humanbeing.

There has not been intensive solution to this trouble.However,we can take some measures from social media and education.For one thing,relevant media have responsibility to appeal to the public to take care of work hard,such as public service advertising,etc.For another,campus should also enhance the moral education.It is necessary to teach kids to take their won effort to accomplish every task and object to seek for dark-box to get illegal achievement.I hope the public can find their sincere soul back and work on their duty.Only in this way,can we build a harmonic society.
