自定义RecyclerView实现下拉刷新和上拉加载(第一种实现方式)

说明:该自定义RecyclerView只适用于layoutManager为LinearLayoutManager的情况,使用的还是RecyclerView.Adapter。

自定义RecyclerView实现过程

1、在onlayout时获取HeaderView的高度,并修改HeaderView的TopMargin值使其隐藏
