This is the VOA special English Health Report. Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation or CPR can save the life of someone whose heart has stopped. The condition is called cardiac arrest. The heart stops pumping blood, the person stops breathing. Without life saving measures, the brain starts to die within four to six minutes.

此刻的我身处公司年会的晚会上，想起今天的卡还没有打，拿起手机开始打卡。今天S出乎意料的让我们体验了一把视译和口译。我从来没有想过自己可以在这个初级水平的时候可以体验视译和口译，因为在我看来这是后续高阶的事情，好像开了眼界和思路的样子。自己一开始在翻译中文的时候，第一反应就是不敢发自己的中文到群里，害怕被S老师"翻牌子"，那是得多丢人呀，不过我那个时候的想法就是要面对真实，所以看到小伙伴撤回了语音我还是没撤，结果还真是被"翻"了，也是不错的体验。有一种见过更好的世界，还回的去么的感觉？

所以虽然音标课已经结束了，但是这只是开始。后续能去到哪里，就看自己的行动了。
