她竟是娱乐圈最“不要脸”的演员？还带来了英文首秀！| 爱豆诗集
中国日报网原创明星短视频栏目《爱豆诗集》今天已经播出到第15期啦。
The fifteenth episode of China Daily website's original short video series Poetry Moment is finally here.
这期节目的嘉宾请到了号称娱乐圈“井姐”的演员苗圃，热爱生活、善于挑战的她除了会演戏还掌握很多技能，如品茶、骑马滑雪、开飞机等等。节目中她也分享了很多她对于勇气、挑战和坚持的想法。
This time, we have Miao Pu as our guest, who is known as a simple-minded person in the entertainment circle. With her love for life and eagerness for challenges, she has mastered a lot of skills aside from acting, such as tea tasting, horse riding, skiing and flying planes. During the show, she shared a lot of her thoughts about courage, challenge and persistence.
在“爱豆诗话”环节，苗圃将一首《硕果和玫瑰》分享给观众，想告诉听到诗歌的人，只要种下“努力”的玫瑰，定能收获美好的硕果。其实，这也是她第一次公开读英文诗，英文口语并不算特别流利的她依然愿意接受挑战，努力练习，最后也得到了属于自己的“硕果”。
Miao will read the poem Results and Roses. She said that it takes time and effort to plant roses, but good things are worth working hard towards. In fact, this is her first time reading an English poem in public. Although not fluent in English, she accepted the challenge and practiced a lot, and finally gain her own “results”.
在“爱豆大拷问”环节，苗圃表示作为一名演员，她可以为了演戏什么都不顾，可以为了角色满脸黑泥，也可以用硫磺皂洗澡，在烈日下暴晒，面对网友给她的“最不要脸”评价，她坦言不但可以不要“脸”，什么都可以不要。
She said that as an actress, she can ignore everything but acting, and doesn't care much about getting mud all over her face, showering with coarse soap or exposing herself to the burning sun. Knowing that netizens commented her as an actress “with the least sense of public image”, she said she is totally fine with letting go of her public image for the sake of good acting.
苗圃不但工作敬业，开朗、豁达的她对自己的员工也十分贴心，为了给员工庆祝生日，她会送员工机票和演唱会门票去看自己喜欢的明星，并且表示年轻人有自己的榜样她大力支持。
Not only an actress with professional dedication, Miao is also a thoughtful and kind boss for her employees. She used to send her employees to their idols’ concerts as birthday gifts. She said she is very supportive about young people having their role models.
