今天早上进步了吖
又能5:20爬起来
不过动作还是慢了一点
刷牙洗脸叠被子收拾东西弄了20分钟
(早上太冷就没冲澡，要是冲澡还得10分钟)
昨晚可能有点着凉了
早上读的时候有点卡痰
从5:40读到6:40
听了4遍文章，记了一点点内容
生词好多，一直听不出来故事
有点词是只认识一个意思
比如article，我听的时候就很纳闷
“啥子？买文章？？去商场买文章？
我没听错词吧？？？”
早上也是在生词上面卡了好几次
就没能录音
(我妈跟我说6:40了马上跑去吃饭，
6:50离家7:03到教室，
早上的时间是真的很紧迫
要是动作慢一点就可能迟到
我跟妈妈说如果我再多吃几口就迟到了
(7:10迟到，学校迟到3次可是要停学3天的)
我妈妈说你要是再读几分钟也要迟到)
然后中午吃完饭，到一个没有人的角落里，
走来走去的读文章
第一二遍在生词卡了一下
后面就一口气很顺
不过，在wrapped it up
这里的ed/t/浊化成/d/
it的/t/也应该是浊化成/d/
但是我读错了，我多了一个音
ræpt读成了ræpit
这个连读上面卡顿
然后读一半突然嗝了一下
than usual 之间也是要连读
这些都是没读好的地方

《刻意学习》的读书笔记和感悟吧
每次都是想做，都没什么时间
(中午还书，去跟图书馆的老师安利了
scalers的刻意学习，
学校图书馆不知道还会不会办
真人图书馆的活动
我已经跟图书馆的馆长老师安利了scalers
就是不知道老师会不会选中他
(我就是在学校图书馆和《刻意学习》结缘)
每次都不知道怎么跟别人介绍scalers
我一般都是这样子介绍
“他是一个清华大学毕业的学霸，
学IT的，而且英语能够口译
在14年开始决定每天写一篇文章
在大概1000天的时候有了《刻意学习》
在不到2000天有了《持续行动》
他的书常常能给我带来好多感悟
即使是看过一次的文章，
有时候还会不断的回去翻看
而且他的公众号里面也有很棒的文章
我时不时有问题就会去里面搜索关键词
我因为他的文章，改变了太多了
我不觉他是一个鸡汤文作者，
虽然他的文章有时候真的是鸡汤
但是也是基于他自己的行动总结的内容
而非那些无病呻吟的假鸡汤
是真的能让人向内寻求突破的文章
而且有时候我会犯糊涂
scalers的行文的那种理智，冷静的风格
真的真的经常可以点醒我
我有时候太颓或者是太得意，
都会去看看他的文章冷静冷静
所以他的文章是有点门槛的
很多人是读不下去的
或者是读下去了并没有真正的去理解
只是因为我的推荐看了一下
但是真的去认认真真读，肯定有收获”)

比如“警惕自我摧毁的行为模式”
“在通往牛x的路上，
将一部分事情先做起来”
“学习是和自己的偏见做斗争”
“不必害怕付出后没有回报”
刻意学习的内容真的很精华了
但是其实scalers的公众号持续力里面
有好多宝藏！真的！
我现在高三时不时就有心态上，行动上
等等的问题，有时候跑到scalers的公众号
去里面搜索关键词，我总能找到解决方案)
scalers和林清玄是我安利给别人最多的两个现代作家，加上古代的，那就是苏东坡
苏大爷是我超级超级喜欢的大文豪
我喜欢他的诗歌，他的性格
他的生平坎坷但是乐观豁达
好多时候，我都是想起苏东坡
想起他的“老夫聊发少年狂”
“谁道人生无再少”等等
都会觉得人生很美好，
眼前不过是暂时的阴霾
没有什么大不了的感觉
而林清玄，我喜欢他很温柔的，很佛的文字
怎么形容呢，我的表达能力真的很差
就是那种喝着乌龙桂花茶的感觉
很清新，使人精神舒爽的感觉
就是也是让你觉得生活很美
林清玄的文字处处透露着细微的温柔
那种如春风拂面般的温柔
那种像牛奶一样治愈的温柔
当年我在一个很颓废很抑郁的时候
读了林清玄的书《你心温柔，却有力量》
就开始一点点感受身边的温柔
那种焕发力量的温柔
真的让我慢慢挺过了那段阴霾
后来就是scalers的书了hhh
今晚不小心就写太多了
还是那句话，持续行动！
