在外贸业务中,有些行业,样品比较贵,所以客户提出要样品的时候,

通常有些公司舍不得给免费样品。还有些行业,样品比较便宜,一开始就送出一些免费样品也无可厚非,但是 一直送样品,年底也是一笔不小的费用,所以还是需要谨慎的考虑,对吧?  

好,那我们今天就来聊聊这个样品话题。  

一开始,客户一般都会说:Can you send me a sample?  

先入为主:

1. Generally our sample price is 15% higher than wholesale price, but to support you, we decided to give you our wholesale price.Please find attached sample PI, and kindly arrange sample cost and shipping cost to us.

一般来讲,我们的样品价格比批发价格贵15%,为了支持你,我们决定给你我们批发价。 请见附件样品PI, 安排样品费和运费给我们。  

Please don’t worry, after you make formal order, we will refund all sample cost to you.

请不要担心,在你正式下单后,我们会返还你所有的样品费。

2. Our company sent out a lot of samples last year, but after checked by our  accounting department, the cost is too high, so this year we can’t do this.

我们公司去年送出了很多样品,经我们财务部算了以后,费用太高了,所以       今年我们不能这样做。  

But to support you, after application, you can pay half sample cost, please  find attached PI, and confirm by return.

但是为了支持你,申请后你可以付一半样品费,请见附件PI,并确认回来。  

We will arrange sample immediately after we receive your payment.

收到款后,我们会立刻安排样品。  

Also, we will still refund you sample cost and shipping cost after you make formal order.

此外,在你正式下单后,我们仍会返还你样品费和运费。

3. It is really very difficult for me to apply free samples for you, but I will try. Could you advise following information, it will help me to persuade our accounting department for free samples more easily.

申请免费样品真的很难。但是,我一定会去试着申请。

你能告知如下信息么?这样可以帮助我更容易的说服财务部批准免费样品  

A. If everything is OK, when will you place order?  如果一切OK,你什么时候下订单?  

B. Can you advise general quantity?  能告知大致数量么?  

C. How do you sell your goods? 你是如何销售的?  

D. How many goods you import from China last year? 去年进口了多少货物?  

E. How often you place order from China? 从中国下单频率多少?   

4. Do you have skype? We can show you our product through skype.

So 做外贸呢,遇到每一个客户都是缘分,不要因为客户不付样品费,就放弃了与客户成交的机会。我们需要具体问题具体分析,但是前提一定要记住,这个客户值不值得我们给免费样品,也就是分析客户很重要。
