春节一过，对于开始上班的小伙伴来说，大家肯定都摩拳擦掌准备开始大展身手了，但经过一个假期的休息，回归到正常的工作中，你会觉得工作一大堆，比如回复询盘、联系工厂安排生产、备货送检、做产品资料等等。除了要应付节后综合征工作效率低之外，如何跟进客户才会更加有效呢？
首先，收集相关信息并准备好需要的资料
1、首先要修改的就是官方网站上的假期通知时间，这个是你在春节前有做放假通知修改的前提下，必须要做的一件事情。另外就是你的邮箱设置的自动回复了，以及各类社交沟通软件上上班时间，都要及时的修改和更新，好让客户第一时间通过这些渠道知晓。
2、联系一下工厂或者供应商。拜个年，然后通知其我们已经上班，确定一下其什么时候工人到岗并可以接单生产，供货能力如何，了解产品价格的变动，可否给我们做好报价的准备等信息。
3、联系一下年前合作和没合作过的货代，告知自己已经上报了，然后了解一下春节过后的仓位如何，船务信息是否有调整，什么时候才能正常恢复运输等等信息。
4、我们过年，老外不过年的，所以可能有业务员过年期间也有接到订单了，那么这些订单就需要在节后来及时处理了，首先要对进行的订单进行归类整理，对订单涉及的船运、产品生产、提单等进行分类记录登记，然后分别咨询清楚并进行记录，方便后期跟进。
其次，给客户发送开工通知邮件，从而开始跟进客户
1、对于年前谈到一半的意向客户
年前以及问过价格，但是没有下单的客户，对此类客户，我们要争取，也是我们重点要跟进的对象。针对这一的客户，你可以先给他拜个年，然后再把我们所了解到的信息，比如工厂恢复生产日期，报价是否变动，船运，仓位，海运费情况等等告知客户。例如：
Happy Chinese Lunar New Year. We are back to work today and everything is back to normal, I wonder if you have purchased products before the Lunar New Year. Currently the ocean freight is much lower than that time, which is XXX. In addition, the deliver time is shorter at the beginning of the year. Attached please find last year’s quotation - the price is XXX and the delivery time is XXX.
At the beginning of the year, although the price of the raw materials has increased, we have already purchased some raw materials. If you have the demand and place an order now, we can maintain the original price. Please feel free to contact us if you have the demand and I hope we can have better cooperation this year.
新年快乐，我们已经开工了，一切回归正常，不知道春节之前，你是否已经采购了产品，现在海运费相比年前便宜了很多，海运费是XXX，刚刚开年我们的交期也很快。附上去年的报价，价格是XXX，交期是XXX。
年初虽然原材料已经稍微涨了点，但是年前我们已经事先采购好了一些原材料，如果需要，你现在下单，可以给你维持原价。
这样写的话既是通知作用，又起到了一种催单的作用，告诉他原材料已经采购了一些，他马上下单的话能够维持原价。
2、对于已经下单了的老客户
年前已经下单或者已经发货的客户，这个就是后续的维护跟进工作了，你更要给该类客户拜年，并且告知客户，产品什么时间开始生产，什么时候客户交货，一切都在计划安排之中。对于已经发货的客户，你需要更进船运信息，及时了解情况，当然还需要催款，这个是必要的。例如：
Happy new year. Today I have contacted the manufacturer and the forwarder, the products will be ready in ten days. The shipping date is fifteen days from now or twenty days from now. So please confirm the delivery time and arrange the payment. Thank you for your help for such a long time. We can work hard together this year to explore a bigger market and we promise to try our best to coordinate with you.
新年好，今天我已经问了生产和货代，货大概10天后能好，船期15天后有一班，20天后有一班，请确认一下你需要发货的时间，我们全力配合你。
3、对于有联系但是基本没有回复的客户
对于此类客户，批量发布即可，例如：
Happy Chinese Lunar New Year. We are back to work today and everything is back to normal, please feel free to contact us.
In the coming New Year, we will try our best to coordinate wherever you need and I hope we can have better cooperation.
Recently we will deliver more new products and we will tell you in the first place. If you want to find some new products right now, you can tell us your demand and we can also give you some help.

总之，节后合理安排好需要做的事情，可以快速进入工作状态，跟进客户的工作也会更有效，毕竟这段时间也是出单的好时期。
