外机箱的序列号通过SHOW的命令无法得到。去机箱前部抄吧。

注意:PCA部分的S/N是服务合同所需要的序列号!服务合同所要求的P/N号只有自己按照LISTPRICE中的标准描述自己补充。如:

(这里让人头疼的是:CISCO的一个描述往往对应几个型号,有时无法给出确定的答案,建议向用户索要设备订购合同中的设备清单为准)

2)CISCO 7500 及板卡的序列号

虽然CISCO宣称通过SHOW DIAGBUS可以得到机箱序列号:(《组网用网:性能与故障管理》)。在输出中的第SLOT 31上的序列号就是机箱序列号。但我查了新疆移动的服务合同,(此合同已下单),这个序列号并不是外机箱序列号!!  

结论:机箱序列号去到电源附件去抄吧,别相信命令。

各板卡的序列号是可以通过SHOW DIAG得到的。输出中的SERIAL NUMBER之后所更的序列号就是相对应的PA或RSP、VIP的号码。

机箱P/N 在机器背面。模块号根据不同有的可以show diag 看到。

CISCO 2600及模块的序列号  

结论:很奇怪 ,CISCO2600的外机箱必须要到机箱后面去抄。模块和WIC卡都可以通过SHOW DIAG的输出得到。  

注意:同样,输出中,并不能直接提供出模块的P/N,所以同样要按照LISTPRICE上的描述进行登记。
