6 months  6 monthly report & supervisor assessmentf

12 months first year report & form of renewal of scholarship

18 months qualifying examination(6 subjects)

24 months confirmation of candidature

36 months progress reports

48 months thesis due for examination

 

 

Yearly Renewal

Renewal of scholarship forms should be sent to Graduate Office, SCE at least 1 month before the annual candidature due date or prescribed renewal date so the disbursement of the scholarship would not be interrupted
