virtualbox的VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND错误

在启动或关闭虚拟机时可能卡在某个地方不动，这里看virtualbox的日志，会发现如下的：

00:10:16.544243          WARNING [COM]: aRC=E_FAIL (0x80004005) aIID={afca788c-4477-787d-60b2-3fa70e56fbbc} aComponent={HostWrap} aText={Could not load the Host USB Proxy Service (VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND). The service might not be installed on the host computer}, preserve=true  aResultDetail=0

大致是不能加载宿主机的usb代理服务，而实际在虚拟机中很少用到usb，所以，可以关闭这个加载模块：

打开VirtualBox.xml文件，把下面红圈中的usb去掉，然后再重启虚拟机就正常了 

此问题我查了很久，总结出来的，对我有用。
