Software engineers shall commit themselves to making the analysis, specification, design, development, testing and maintenance of software a beneficial and respected profession. 这次软件工程课是一次改革的开始，我个人认为这次改革是具有重大意义的。
这次软件工程采取了个人作业，结对作业和团队作业等方式，其中让我印象最为深刻的是团队作业，老师说，团队作业，注重的是合作，是在项目上的分工和沟通，也就是说，不管你的编程能力如何，但始终要做到你力所能及的事情，这也就是团队作业的魅力所在。这次团队作业，让我体会到了合作的重要性，这就是跟以后工作上的模式差不多，你如果说在团队作业里面什么都不做，你就不能体会到这次锻炼的收获，以后工作什么都不做，你就是那一批被淘汰的人，所以说，在团队作业里，我们要完成自己的分工，完成自己需要做的事情，为这个团队做出自己的贡献，认真完成组长安排的作业，才是我们每一个应当做的事情。
在这个团队作业中，我们要学会人与人之间的沟通，为了项目，要合理的安排工作，为每一个人都安排相应的任务。首先，关于选择项目这个问题，就需要大家一起来讨论，需要大多数人认可，多数人的投票决定，为了项目今后更好的推进，所以需要大家一起努力的，更加要投入更大的心血，才能将这个项目完善，达到预计的效果，所以，这与大家共同合作是分不开的。
在这堂课，老师已经不是在教你怎样去编程，更多是思想考虑问题上的去教导我们，所以，这学期收获更多的是思想上的进步，对于问题的思考，对于思维方面的锻炼。所以，老师在课堂上更多是为你介绍关于软件工程的成功案例，那些成功人的思维方式，成功所需要的条件，这也让我们对今后从事这一行业有了一定的了解，为今后的工作打下了基础。
