健康是宝

很多笑脸里，装满了利益。很多夸赞的话语里，有太多的水分，太多的虚伪。
很多人从我的身边走过，但能成为朋友的并不多。我从来没有奢望过，会有很多生死相依、不离不弃的朋友。但我明白：人的一生，很多时候都会很孤独、寂寞。唯一能靠得住的，唯一不能背叛的，只有自己。
Many people have walked by me but only a few left and became friends with me. I never expect to own many friends who can keep me company forever, because I understand that in our lives, we are lonely for most time. The only person who is reliable and will not betray us is ourselves.
你真心付出多少，甚至于牺牲自己的青春乃至生命，却不一定能换来忠诚。你花费巨大的代价，也不一定能获得友谊。
No matter how much efforts you pay, even sacrificing your youth and life, you may not be able to find loyalty and true friendship.
朋友，这个词语，有时候轻飘飘的，一支烟，一杯酒，一句话，有些人就成为了朋友。而更多的时候，朋友这两个字，重于泰山。相识满天下，交游广阔，但能真正赤诚相见的朋友，却一个也找不到。
Sometimes the word “friend” is very light. Some people may become friends because of one cigarette, one cup of drink or just one sentence. But in more cases, the word “friend” is very heavy. Although I have travelled many places and gained a lot of friends, I cannot find one who treats me with sincerity.
很多笑脸里，装满了利益。很多夸赞的话语里，有太多的水分，太多的虚伪。敢宣称自己在困境中有朋友的人，真的不多。敢吹嘘自己在逆境中有朋友的人，更是凤毛麟角。刘备的桃园三结义，只有两个朋友，就打出了一个三国鼎立的大好局面。这就充分证明了朋友的宝贵。高山流水觅知音，更确认了朋友的稀缺。
In too many smiles there are interests hiding behind them. In too many praises there is hypocrisy. Truly there are few people who dare to claim that they have friends they can rely on in a difficult situation. Those who dare to boast that they have friends in great adversities are even rarer. In “Taking Oath in the Peach Garden”, Liu Bei, although with only two friends, helped his country stand firmly in the war of three nations. It fully proves the value of friends. The story of Bo Ya and Zhong Ziqi, who can appreciate each other in music, also confirms the scarcity of friends.
朋友，让我深思，彻夜难眠。
Friends let me ponder and spend many sleepless nights.
在我人生最低谷的那几个中秋，满月如画，格外的圆满。但我的身体，却一日不如一日。右手、右脚、右半个身子，都麻木了，失去了知觉。右手拿不稳筷子吃饭，也拿不稳钢笔写字。我在悲伤的日子里，添加了巨大的恐惧。我不敢想象未来的日子，我会偏瘫在床，无奈地等着死神的来临。
In the Mid-Autumn Festivals during my lowest point in life, the full moon is picturesque and especially round. At that time, my health became worse and worse. The right half of my body was numb and consciousless. My right hand could not hold chopsticks or a pen. I suffered from huge fear in those sad days. I could not imagine the future if I would stay in bed helplessly waiting for the coming of death.
在那个阴暗的时刻，我收到了湘君的《健康铭》。其中的意味：健康不存，所有归零；生命不在，既得皆空。深深地震撼了我。也支撑我战胜了一个个坎坷，努力活着。
In that gloomy moment, I received Xiangjun’s "On Healthy". The meaning of it is: health does not exist; all return to zero; when life is gone, all things are empty. His support shocked me and it also encouraged me to overcome one obstacle after another and try my best to live my life.
湘君二十余载深琢细磨创作的《人生三铭》，不足千言，却远远超过鸿篇巨制，给人以无法想象的启迪。其中的《健康铭》，他亲自挥毫，6米泥金卷曾作国礼由巴基斯坦总统收藏。在中国书法界，湘君是名副其实的书法大家、名家。而于我，只是他的一个普通的朋友而已。
The article "Three Thoughts of Life" painstakingly created by Xiangjun for more than 20 years of elaboration is less than one thousand words, but it means far more than a long piece, giving people an unimaginable enlightenment. Among them, "On Health" was written on a 6-meter mud gold roll and collected by the Pakistani president as a present sent by China. In the Chinese calligraphy world, Xiangjun is a great calligrapher. But for me, he is just adear friend.
当我终于脱困而出，自由自在地在湛蓝的天空下呼吸，我想把自己最重要的感悟告诉所有我爱的人，和爱我的人：朋友，健康是宝！
Now I finally get out of trouble and breath freely under the blue sky. I want to tell all the people that I love and those who love me: dear friends, health is a treasure.
