For me, It's an extraordinary memorable and meaningful day of today.Because I have learnt so much from my dear teacher and sincere friend on teaching demonstration in the field of language.Here, I once again sincerely thank my teacher and friends to give me the precious opinions,thanks all.

It's your guide to make me won't get lost in the exploring forward alone. At the same time ,you make me more clear once again see a more objective understanding of myself.

My own reflection:

The first and most important reason is that inadequately prepared.For another,It's also an unusually important reason that part of words can not express accurately.Besides,action are so more and more frequently that It will make anyother people get some misunderstanding.

Coping strategies

&:Improve my professional teaching level constantly ,such as oral English expression ability and the words pronounciation and so on.

&：Enrich the content of the teaching process（try to enrich in content, clarity, and stratification).

&：Do prepare in advance(Such you can search the word that you don't konw )

&： You can ask some sincerely advice From Your teachers and friends
