2020-苹果审核被拒问题

问题一:App Store Rejection: Guideline 4.2.3 - Design - Minimum Functionality
  • We were required to download or unpack additional resources to continue using your app; however, the size of the download was not disclosed, and we were not prompted to choose to download additional resources. If your app requires additional resources, you must disclose the size of the download and prompt users before doing so.

解决:苹果认为你有下载内容,需要弹框提示文件大小,下载过程需要有进度条和百分进度。

问题二:Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed
  • Who is the target audience?
  • How do users obtain an account?
  • Is this app meant for internal distribution in your own company, in the company of one target client, or in multiple target clients’ companies?
  • In which countries will this app primarily be distributed?
  • If this app is meant for internal distribution, will the app be accessible by both internal and external partners? Or will it be exclusive to in-house employees?

解决:苹果怀疑你的应用可能是内部使用,因为内部应用是不允许appstore销售的,回答问题时候避免说是公司内部使用。
但是我就如实回答了,被拒了两次,被拒理由是问题三

问题三: 3. 2.0 Business: Other Business Model Issues
  • During our review, we found that this app was designed for a specific business or organization, including its partners, clients or employees, and not for general distribution on the App Store. Business apps available on the App Store are meant for use by a wide variety of external customers around the world.

解决:苹果定性为你的应用是企业内部应用,我是一直在解决中心回复,被拒两次,第三次顺序通过

针对 3. 2.0 Business: Other Business Model Issues
我们之间的理解可能有些误会。我们只为业务员提供一个平台,其中业务员的范围不仅仅是我们公司内部人员,可能是路人甲也可能是路人乙。我们提供平台,是为了方便业务员的管理。对于APP用户,我们将审查项目业务开通申请的邮件,来决定是否开放该用户APP的功能权限,而不限于公司内部使用。所以企业号不适合我们。

如果回复多次还是一直被拒,考虑增加注册功能,对注册账号开放所有功能菜单,注册入口由后台控制开启关闭

解决:回复应用没有适配iPad
