1.鸡腿去皮

.人参清洗干净表面泥沙

3.斜切段备用

4.莲子、枸杞子清洗干净

5.炖盅下全部材料

6.下适量清水

7.锅内放入蒸架下适量水

8.放入炖盅水沸后小火炖3小时

9.炖好端出锅
