资本：1. 整体优先级上：确定性 > 到账速度 > 融资条款 > 融资金额 > 估值。能快速拿到足够的钱是最重要的。 2. 投资方选择上：寻找对公司足够了解的投资人，或者是战略投资人。他们对行业、公司情况更加了解，能够更快的落地融资。3. 利用这段时间与投资人进行前期沟通，并梳理自己的商业故事、逻辑。
运营：1. 商业战略：停止探索性，烧钱业务，将注意力放在能够产生足够盈利的业务上 2. 内部管理：增加沟通，注重企业使命、价值观的表达；通过合理的方式降低人力成本，减少直接裁员。
（2）这次疫情对于风投行业是否会有长期影响？
从长期投资方向来说，不会有太大影响。短期内，疫情会导致如在线娱乐、教育等领域的爆发式增长，但风投行业的逻辑依然是寻找创造长期价值的公司。疫情结束后，风投行业可能会有一波小的爆发。很多投资人会更有欲望进行资产投资。
（3）从这次疫情中企业能学到什么？
风险控制。中国企业的发展模式大多都是求速度，求规模，而往往不注重风险控制。这次疫情应该让更多企业养成风险控制意识，提前进行相关的业务布局与准备。

The GDP growth is expected to slow down at least in Q1. Stock market went down by 10% in this week. On demand side, most of the citizens don't dare go out, which fiercely harm the offline consumption industry such as catering. On supply side, many factories will open later than normal due to the unavailability of frontline workers
(2) What do the officials do in this situation?
Keep the stability is a more rational goal for officials rather than giving a big red pocket which may overheat the market when the natural momentum keeps up. For financial market, the officials has bought bonds from banks to ensure their cash supply due to the higher default rate. Big insurance companies are also urged to buy stocks to stablize the stock market. Officials also launched various subsidy programs to help SME's get through this tough time such as reducing the loan barrier and offering rent subsidy.
Every policy right now is focusing on social stability.
