yolov5改进之Fasternet主干网络替换

针对CVPR2023新出的Fasternet主干网络,追求更快、参数量更少、精度更高的主干网络,本文在yolov5n的基础上进行替换改进。
一、Fasternet贡献
主要贡献如下:
1)提出了DWConv的计算速度慢的主要原因是频繁的内存访问;
2)指出了实现更高FLOPS的重要性,而不仅仅是为了更快的神经网络而减少FLOPs。
3)引入了一种简单但快速且有效的卷积PConv,减少了计算冗余以及内存访问的数量。
4)推出FasterNet,在GPU、CPU和ARM处理器等多种设备上运行良好且普遍快速。
5)对各种任务进行了广泛的实验,并验证了PConv和FasterNet的高速性和有效性。

二、修改方法
2.1 yolov5训练
GitHub下载yolov5-6.1版本,具体训练方法此处不作详细介绍,我用的是6.1版本,其他版本没测,大致都一样。

环境配置:

2.2 主干网络修改配置
1)引入fasternet
将一中百度网盘中的文件夹和文件放至yolov5的models文件夹中,其中fasternet.py为torch实现的fasternet网络,faster_cfg文件夹为不同缩放结构对应的yaml配置。
2)yaml配置
在models文件夹下新建yolov5-custom.yaml,复制如下内容:
