使用ionic生成apk时遇到的错误：[ERROR] An error occurred while running subprocess cordova

刚开始，一直盯着这句红色的错误看，没注意看上面的报错，网络上的方法都试过了，没有一个管用的，后来发现报错的具体内容。

原来是因为我安装的SDK打包工具版本错了，后来按照错误提示，安装了28.0.3的版本，问题解决。
