昨天看《踏踏实实学英语》,其中一条激励自己学英语的方法就是看看自己的进步,比如重复读一本书,想起去年想重读这本书,结果读了一半又放弃了。于是又重新上路了。说来也巧,这本书是自己看的第一本原版书,时间刚好是两年前的8月。在书的内容上,这次要多实践书中的方法,在英语学习上要用英语来复述书中的内容。

作者简介了这本书的由来,最开始是在学校的一堂课,后来超级首欢迎。因此这本书是结合了科学研究和学生们有效实践的。首先要了解自己为什么会失控,然后再给出方案。作者建议读者观察自己的行为,并实践其中的方法,找到最合适自己的。
